Frequently asked Question

What is Online Viewing Room about?

Online Viewin Room is a streaming service that offers a wide variety of exhibitions to art lovers.

We offer a new technology to galleries and museums to digitize their space and share the experience in 3D with an immersive content.

What is the difference between Standard and Premium?

You can select a Standard Online Viewing Room and start to use this new technology for $19 per month.

If you are interested to digitize your own gallery or exhibition it is also possible. Premium Online Viewing Room as a service is available for $49 per month and has a setup fee starts from $700.

What can I do in Premium?

In the Premium service you can digitize your existing show and it allows you to create new exhibitions in your space.

Is it true that I can create as many exhibitions as I want?

Yes that is correct. You can change your exhibition and create new one as frequent as you want. If you would like to have several exhibition at the same time it is also possible. You need to rent another space for $49 per month.

What is the difference between 360 panorama pictures and 3D scan?

There are many companies who offer 360 panorama pictures – actually some of them are calling it “3D” but they are not. You can always see the difference when you are walking in the space. In 360 panorama picture you have a Google street view feeling. You can’t walk seamless just zoom from one point to another in the space.

With our 3D technology your visitor will be able to walk around like in a physical space and spend real time in your exhibition. Please visit some of the galleries that we digitized and experience yourself the difference.

How many visitors can I reach with this platform?

We have visitors from 2.000+ cities and 120 countries. They spend an average 4 minutes 20 seconds in an exhibition. We are partnered with major art media companies and promoting the platform in their newsletter. Our outreach is 250.000 people every day.

Where can my exhibition be visited?

We are available on smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops and VR devices. Our technology works on every platform Android, iOS, Mac and Windows.
