CVAP has been participated in renowned International Art Fairs and Projects in New York, Miami, Basel, Shanghai, Venice (in the context of Venice Biennale), among others.
MILAGROS BELLO, PHD
Dr. Milagros Bello has developed her career in both Art History and Sociology of Art. She obtained a PhD in Sociology and a master’s in history of Art at Sorbonne University, Paris, France. He wrote a doctoral thesis in Sociology of Art focused on Latin American Figurative painting of the 20th century.
She has developed her career for more than 30 years as an art curator and critic, as an art coach and mentor, university professor and art consultant for collectors.
She has developed numerous curatorial projects focused on contemporary art. Her main objective is to foster the artists and the contemporary arts. From 2010 to present she is the founding director and chief curator of Curator's Voice Art Projects (CVAP) which functions as a curatorial space/gallery in Miami, Florida.
As an art coaching and mentor, she works on one-to-one sessions with artists, establishing the necessary strategies to expand and develop his/her career.
She has written in artists’ books, such as: Rosario Bond - Whishfull Thinking, Mario Burztein - Geometries, Lorien Suárez-Kanerva - Coalescing Geometries. She has published numerous art articles in magazines and books. Her article Jesus Soto, The Deconstruction of the Sight, was published in the book The Universality of the Immaterial published by the Museum of Latin American Art (MoLAA).). She lives and works in Miami, Florida.
