GEC was born from an observation. Apart from the large real estate groups perceived as not very accessible, there is no independent and efficient structure that can make the link between supply and demand on the commercial real estate market.

It is a very closed market which operates according to precise rules, and which requires a perfect mastery of the environment, a very targeted relationship, and a great deal of rigor.
