Vielmetter Los Angeles was established in 2000 with a focus to present work by artists from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds, many of whom are engaged in a rigorously conceptual practice. The gallery's program is international in scope and aims to represent an equal number of male and female artists. In 2019, the gallery relocated from Culver City to a 24,000 square foot space in downtown Los Angeles
