She is an artist with a long career who was born into a traditional Japanese family. She has lived in Argentina since 2000 and is in love with nature and Latin American cultural diversity without forgetting her roots and traditions of her native country.
In RED, the artist takes us to a part of her world. She tells us that red is the highlight color of a Japanese-style garden, to enhance the landscape and the house, for the tea ceremony. more >>

Thus the red winter camellia balances the vision in Tokonoma with the black ink calligraphy of waka poetry on white rice paper. The bright red color was also used for the traditional samurai wife's kimono lingerie. With this Series, Masako recreates her photographic memory combining it with the theme of the future of today's woman and the freedom from clichés that cross borders.
