I began my artistic activity 2007. In the beginning I was working as an amateur in various subject of visual Arts in various subject. In 2008, I started my bachelor's degree in painting department Faculty of Fine Arts at Herat University. In Realism method, I learned drawing, landscape and portrait. Early 2008 I became interested in Impressionism and worked in this style to 2018, when I started my master degree in visual arts at Kabul University Faculty of fine Arts, I became interested in Contemporary Art.
Contemporary art can be classified into several types, but all of them are accountable for making this artistic genus interesting. I get inspired by a works of my favourite artists. As a result, I create my own pieces of Contemporary Art. I have chosen the techniques, like oil on canvas and water colors as well as objects of Concept Art to become a prominent feature in my artwork. I continue to use the same miniature, drawing, oil painting and water color techniques to convey my own idea. I use mostly geometric, abstract shapes and circular and semi-circular shapes, which symbolize dynamism, mobility, excitement and revolution.
In addition, my artwork based on my inner feelings. They have been the source of my work in terms of form, content and color, while they display social challenges and social aesthetics in many of my exhibitions in different locations expressing the sociopolitical prejudice, women rights and some social issues.
Expressing the aesthetics of the society in general my works address the daily life in Afghanistan, depicting daily life issues, domestic violence and the underlying threads of violence in Afghan society. Hazaragi, traditional folk music is another focus of my creative activities, addressing the same themes: human rights, extremism ideology, women’s rights, peace and covering of sensitive subjects.
I regularly exhibited my work in many places in Afghanistan and other countries, I have been teaching painting, drawing and conceptual art.
