In 2014 the artist residency space “Rumah Kijang Mizuma” opened in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, to support exchanges between local and Japaneseartists. For most recent expansion, a gallery space was opened in New York’s Lower East Side in 2018.Mizuma Art Gallery participates regularly in global fairs including Art Basel (Hong Kong and Miami), Armory (New York), Art Stage Singapore, and ArtTaipei. For 2019, the gallery celebrated 25th year anniversary as being a unique force for international development of contemporary artists fromdiverse aesthetic background.
