ACCS Visual Arts Gallery is pleased to present the exhibition Geometry Shapes by Janine Altman.
The diversity in her works responds to the different techniques that she uses, Fused Glass, Flameworking and Pâte de Verre. In her artworks she also collaborates with the care of the environment and many of them result from the recycling glass from different discarded objects. With abstraction and geometry, her artworks converge in perfect harmony in an unique style, as eclectic as it is avant-gard.

Altman is the creator of the Openwork Glass technique, achieving with it beautiful pieces of openwork glass joined by metal threads.
Transparencies, together with abstractions and geometry, converge in perfect harmony in the artist's unique style, as eclectic as it is avant-garde.

She has participated in several exhibitions and national and international art fairs. Her artwork is part of educational institutions and private collections in various parts of the world. She has been recognized for her work by the Contemporary Glass Society of the United Kingdom and the National Museum of Liberty in Philadelphia, United States.
