Papier collé is a technique of modern art stewarded by G. Braque and P. Picasso.
Artist Karen Zupanic has created a comtemporary fine art series of 56 Papier Colle Kimonos using recycled grocery store boxes. She received an award for her Art Deco Kimono work from the Dallas Area Fiber Artists organization and then exhibited 42 of the collection at The Martin Place Gallery in 2021.
